Terms

Effective 20 October 2026. By creating an account, using an API key, or using the MCP server or hosted Verify Gate, you agree to these terms.

What the service does, and what it does not

Xyntherium Verify checks whether an answer is supported by the sources you supply. Verdicts describe whether the supplied passages support each claim. They do not establish whether any claim is true in the world. A verdict is not legal, medical, financial or compliance advice, and it is not a certification. You decide what to send to your customers; Verify is one input to that decision. The multi-model chat app shows answers from several AI models; they can be wrong, and you should check anything important.

Your account and keys

Your content

You keep all rights to the questions, answers and documents you send. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service (including sending text to the model providers named in the privacy policy). Only send content you have the right to send. Don’t send special-category personal data (health, biometric and the like) unless you have a lawful basis to and you accept the retention described in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice before retiring one you pay for. Rule changes that affect verdicts are versioned and published in the changelog.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of a verdict. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the service, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date above and, for a material change, email account holders at least 30 days before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
