Help Center Check re-checks your AI bot's saved answers whenever a Help Center article they depend on is published or edited, and tells your Help Center Check workspace owner which answers lost support, by email and Slack. Agents never see these alerts.

  1. Press Connect. Help Center Check opens in a new tab; sign in or start a 14-day trial (no card).
  2. Approve access on Zendesk's own OAuth screen. You never create or paste an API token.
  3. Help Center Check creates one webhook for article events and imports your top 25 articles as sources.

Help Center Check reads Help Center articles and manages its one webhook (scopes hc:read, webhooks:read, webhooks:write). It never reads tickets, users or agent data, and it never edits your articles. Disconnect any time from the Help Center Check dashboard, which removes the webhook and revokes the token.
